What We Did
The task order (TO) provided full time technical and program management support to the Military Family Housing (MFH) operations, maintenance, construction and environmental programs. The TO was funded and reissued with annual funding. However, it was a continuous three year effort providing oversight to the entire Kadena AB MFH program. The team provided oversight of MFH construction activities including replacing duel temp lines and domestic water lines, HVAC systems, and hot water heaters in housing units; replacing lobby, garbage, and dryer exhaust fans at 4 tower housing units; overseeing punch list corrections; conducting final inspections; repair/replacement of drainage ditches; and tree trimming in northern and southern areas of the installation.

How We Did
The task order required a technically trained construction project manager to be able to ensure quality and compliance with plans and specifications as well as Air Force Instructions, DoD Unified Facilities Criteria and current building codes. Provisional technical services during construction, inspections, and evaluation of engineering projects and related services was provided. The one year task evolved into over three years of constant involvement by Atriax!
