What We Did

This design/build provided upfit of a retail bay in a historic repurposed manufacturing facility for a new bicycle shop. Features include retail and repair space; concrete counter tops for durable work surfaces; and details that honor the industrial heritage of the building such as roll-up doors, exposed brick and building infrastructure, sealed concrete floors and corrugated metal finishes. Atriax performed the code analysis to allow for mixed use occupancy for the client to serve beer after a hard ride!
