What We Did
The $14 million project involved the renovation and restoration of an historic 60,000 sq. ft. building that was once a dance hall and cafeteria for Civil war era soldiers. The circa 1884 building had been vacant for nearly 15 years before it was offered new life through this project. Requiring a unique balance of historic preservation and high tech requirements, we integrated the most advanced systems furniture available, added state-of- the-art IT and telecom systems, and training areas – all while still preserving the inherent charm and character of this beautiful building.
