Island of Guam Municipal Facility Analysis & Medical Programming

In April 2020, the US Army Corps of Engineers provided a Facilities Condition Assessment for Guam Memorial Hospital to the Guam government. Matrix Design Group engaged Atriax to provide a second opinion and provide recommendations and cost analysis. Our team created a full Replacement Hospital Program with cost analysis and thoughts on how to supplement the hospital with their Outpatient Facility. Population numbers were assessed to inform design size and unique site and weather conditions were also considered in the overall Master Programming Plan of the replacement hospital.
